Due to the challenges of proving stuff is broken and protecting code from just being handed out… I do not offer refunds. However, I’m also not a complete git. If you can report issues, with enough detail, I will do my best to resolve them.
Software is otherwise provided as-is, with no warranty and no liability accepted if you believe your website has been damaged by its use. I use SF-Core, SF-Fluent, SF-Locker, SF-Forms etc. on this site, and on client sites. It’s in my own interests to make sure it’s fit for purpose and I make every effort to ensure code quaity.
I have created the plugins here and ensured they work correctly to the best of my ability. I test on Mac and PC in Chrome, Safari and Firefox, on Android and iPhone.
You are responsible for using the plugins sensibly, and for backing up data before implementing new software, add-ons or code. Should you make edits to the element or code and break it I am not liable to fix it.
There are too many factors like hosting config, conflicts with plugins or custom code. There is no warranty or guarantee or liability on me or my plugin if your website crashes or is otherwise negatively affected by the use of this plugin. Most software says this, but they hide it in tiny print – I just say it clearly.
When you buy a plugin an account is made on this site. You can then login and download the plugin. If you later delete your account you will lose access to any newer versions of the plugin. I am just a tiny boy, and do not have the resources to run around fixing things if you make a mess. You can reset your password in the normal way. If you forget your email I do not hold enough data to make sufficient checks under UK law in order to ensure I restore access for the correct account. So I can’t. You’ll have to buy it again.
I really do try hard to ensure you’re happy with my plugins, and encourage you to ask if there is a feature you need, or a bug you have found. I strive to ensure my plugins use the best-practices and deliver great results. Help me keep that standard by being someone who feeds-back, not someone who complains – and the world will be a little bit lovelier.
