Before we even start I should say, this is not an alternative to Headspin – not even close. This is a pared-down, uber-simple helper that I find really useful. I don’t really use frameworks, but I use a handful of vars all the time, so having them available on right-click is a time-saver.
You can enable this framework by selecting it in the main Elements page for Smithy Factory. A new Factory Framework menu will appear as if sprinkled there by an enchanted trout.
If you already have Headspin or CoreFramework, or any other utility that adds a context menu in-builder, they will obviously clash. Probably, Smithy framework will bow to the greater glory of the other plugin… but they might fight and make a mess… I almost want to try it and see… but don’t. It would be foolishness. Why would you if you already have context-menu goodness?!

Adding Vars
A simple repeater in the admin allows you to add a Var name (no leading –dashes), and the corresponding value.
I would suggest no more than ten of them or the menu will get out of hand.

Using Vars
Now when you right-click in a Breakdance field, you’ll get a simple menu and can select your variable, which will be inserted.
No much more to say really. If it’s handy, use it! If not I shall weep each night and never truly rest again. Sniff.
