Allow users to submit feature requests or bug reports, which you can allocate a priority, mark as new, in-progress and complete - and merge into a roadmap when feature requests have been finished.

CanDance uses a custom post type and a set of categories for products, like 'My Elements Plugin' or 'Our Community Website'. Users can select the product and submit a bug or feature request. They can then log-in to see progress.

Admin handles accepting tickets, allocating priority and status, and closing them on complete.

v1.1 Now includes a 'Follow' option and full emails.

Anyone can follow a ticket to get emails on status changes. There are elements for showing 'tickets user raised' and 'tickets user is following'. Users can easily unfollow.

Users are emailed when they submit a ticket and on all changes (via GDPR compliant opt-in). They can easily opt-out at any time.
