Forms to PDF

Install, enable and you can now turn any form into a PDF, have form fields added to a PDF Template, attach that PDF to emails and save it in a secure location. Choose your PDF fonts and defaults, edit the template with the basic editor or use your own custom HTML template.

Forms to CPT or User

Forms can also be saved to a custom post type, or used to add and update users - posts and users can include custom meta, file attachments and a featured image. Now it's easy to build reviews, feedback and other interactive forms, save them to a post-type, build your Breakdance template and wire it to the dynamic data.
