Save to a CPT or add/update users. Choose your post type, decide on published status and assign a category (or leave blank).

You can then map which field from the form will be your post_content and post_excerpt and map any other custom fields. There's a specific drop-down to choose a Featured Image if you need.

Each form can save to a different post type and map fields however you need.
